CJEL is not software you buy.
It is the layer that makes emerging market access contractually possible, legally compliant, and operationally reliable. For every global actor that has ever walked away from a market because the friction was not worth it.
Usage-based model with enterprise subscription tiers. No upfront infrastructure cost. You pay for what you activate.
Built by an engineer, not a consultancy.
Infrastructure for markets most engineers never design for.

Musi Babila Bryant
Founder and CEO
Musi brings deep expertise in building infrastructure for constrained environments. As a data scientist at Cameroon Telecommunications (CAMTEL), he developed systems achieving 95.8% predictive maintenance accuracy on live IoT sensor streams and deployed energy load forecasting with explainability layers for grid operators.
His background in electrical engineering means he works from sensor calibration through data pipeline to model deployment, a full-stack ownership that is rare in the field. He has built analytics pipelines for electric distribution systems, handling IEEE 1366 reliability indices (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI) and cost-of-outage analysis, telling utilities exactly which feeders are the problem, what it is costing, and where to invest to fix it.
Musi also teaches technology at the university level, translating complex technical concepts for decision-makers who are not engineers. His experience spans predictive maintenance on industrial equipment, real-time data streams over unreliable connectivity, and models that degrade gracefully when sensors fail in environments with no assumption of stable power.
